What's Included: Every rental comes with paddles, personal flotation devices, waterproof storage bags, and complimentary instruction for beginners. We welcome all ages and experience levels. Payment accepted in cash, check (with ID), traveler's checks, and major credit cards.
Booking Your Adventure
Reservation Guidelines
- We highly recommend booking ahead to guarantee your preferred equipment and timing. Reservations can be made by phone, email, or mail. Reserved customers receive priority service!
- Parties of 8 or more must reserve in advance and provide either a deposit or credit card to secure the booking.
- You can guarantee your reservation with a valid credit card or by paying a deposit ahead of time.
Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before your scheduled time incur a 10% fee for any slots we cannot fill.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation carry a 20% fee for unfilled bookings.
- No-shows for confirmed reservations will be charged the full rental amount.
- If we must close due to severe weather or unsafe river conditions, all deposits are fully refunded with no penalty.
Weather Policy: If we're open and operating, the conditions are suitable for paddling. Our cancellation policies apply when we remain open. Closures initiated by us due to dangerous weather or water conditions are always fully refundable.
